Standard Terms & Conditions:

Check In/Out

Check in is at 14 hrs. and check out is at 12 hrs. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability and at an additional cost.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Policies may vary during blackout periods and promotional sales — please confirm at the time of booking.
  • Cancel 24 hours before check-in: No charges apply.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of one night’s tariff will be charged.
  • Refunds (for eligible cancellations) are processed within 15 working days upon email request to the concerned hotel and [email protected] with your reservation number. For online payments, kindly include a scanned receipt along with your request.
 

Service Charge:

A 7% discretionary service charge applies to rooms and other services, but it will be waived in case of dissatisfaction with the service.

 

No Show Policy:

If a guest does not arrive without prior cancellation, 100% of the first night’s tariff will be charged.

What documents are required during check-in?

As part of our security procedures, guests are required to present a government-approved photo ID with address at check-in, for themselves and any companions.

  • Foreign nationals: Passport and valid Visa.
  • Pakistani nationals: CNIC, Passport, or Driving License (must bear the holder’s photograph and address).
